Coquet Park First School

Coquet Park First School is one form entry and welcomes children aged from 3 to 9 years. We have 150 places in the main school and 26 places in our nursery. We offer an exciting, broad and creative curriculum delivered by enthusiastic, experienced teachers facilitated through excellent facilities.

We value close partnerships  with parents, carers and other family members  and we encourage and appreciate their support within school, home  and through the extended curriculum.

Coquet Park First School initially  opened in 1903 on Coquet Avenue, Whitley Bay and at the time it was called Park School.  

On the  5th November 2003, after 100 successful years,  the school moved into newly built premises at The Links, Whitley Bay.
